Planning Poker Notion Template

This Planning Poker Notion template allows you to play a trackable, automated version of Planning Poker with up to 10 people and with up to 10 questions.

Everything is separated between Facilitator and Participants so that your questions aren't revealed accidentally.

1. First, setup all the questions for your session. You can create/edit up to 10 questions in one session. Edit the name directly with the question you want to ask.
2. Next, name all relevant people in your session in the Participants Page. If you’re also participating, make sure you name yourself and have this page hidden from your shared screen.
3. Once you’ve named every participant (you can leave others blank), invite everyone to the Participants Page and communicate to only open the page with their name on it.
4. Once you’ve completed the first three steps, go to the Main Screen and share your screen.
5. Click on each toggle to reveal the question and answer selection across the session.
6. Do this sequentially until all questions are answered.
