This Notion Template separates 10 of the 11 client databases into action and information action entries.

ℹ️ Information entries centralize all client information, including contacts, shared resources, folders, and assets. There are three information databases: Contact Info, Agency Assets, and Client Assets.

🎬 Action entries are what allow this agency operating system to function to its full potential. The system organizes all relevant actions taken to provide client service through dashboards, visualizations, and formulas. There are seven action databases: Outcomes, Projects, Tasks, Efforts, Invoices, Expenses, and Meetings.

The last Client Database centralizes the 10 other databases in one place and allows you to quickly access central client views.

Database hierarchy is an important aspect of the system as it determines the order in which certain database entries are meant to be made.

Properly using all relational database properties is a required to update certain properties automatically and for this Notion template to work fully. There are other property types that you’ll be able to customize the language of to make it your own.
